Group 3 - Group run

A mixed ability group who run at anything from 25—40 min parkruns. We support everyone in the group and our faster runners often loop back so we run together or we stop regularly to regroup. Runs are typically 3-5 miles maximum.

April to Sept - 7pm at Ranmore - Denbies Hillside National Trust Car Park

Sept to April - 6:45pm at St Martin's Walk (meeting nr Burgundy & Black cafe)
